• Complimentary 30- or 45-minute Orientation Session on the phone to review your needs so that the approach and outcome can be tailored to you and career search goals.

• Draft branded resumes and cover letter templates in three Formats: MS Word, PDF and unformatted versions (for ATS).

• LinkedIn: Comprehensive creation of content for the Headline, Summary, four Work Experiences, Education, and Skills & Endorsements along with content suggestions for Volunteer, Accomplishments, and Interests. Also includes photos tips and recommended groups to join. A complete profile strategy!

• Your personal “30-Second Elevator Pitch” for specific employment targets documented in a script format.

Interview coaching is a valuable investment, and the success of your interview hinges on how prepared you are.

• Your sessions will focus on developing and using behavioural type questions where you have to recall stories from the past that address the challenges you faced, the approach you used and the results or outcomes.

• This method allows you to tackle any questions asked whether they are framed as traditional or behavioural questions.

• The process involves an initial 40-minute orientation session (by phone or in-person) with homework assignments between sessions.

• The preparation and final mock interview practice allows you to try out your new skills in a non-judgemental environment and receive helpful feedback.

• The number of sessions required is determined following the orientation. Most range from 2 to 4 sessions depending on the needs of the client.
